Is Couponly free?
Yes. The website and the browser extension are both free to use — no subscription, no paywall.
Do I need an account?
No. Couponly works without signing up. Creating an account is optional — it just lets your saved coupons and lifetime savings follow you across devices.
Which browsers are supported?
Couponly runs on Chrome and Firefox today, with more browsers on the way. Install it from your browser's add-on store and you're set.
Why didn't a code work?
Merchants change and expire offers constantly, and some codes carry restrictions — a minimum spend, specific products, or new customers only. We refresh our data continuously, but if a dead code slips through, tell us on the contact page and we'll re-check it. Does the extension track my browsing?
No — it never collects your browsing history. It looks for coupon fields and product details on store pages, sends anonymous signals about whether codes worked, and shares product info (title, price, identifiers) from store product pages to power price history — you can switch that off in the extension options. How do I remove the extension?
Open your browser's extensions manager, find Couponly, and remove it — the same way you would any other add-on. Nothing is left behind.
