Nordic Wave ships to the Contiguous US and offers both standard and premium delivery options depending on the ZIP code. The brand emphasizes a staged delivery experience and tracking after dispatch.
Once your order is fulfilled, delivery typically takes 4–10 days depending on location. After dispatch, the carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before the planned delivery to arrange an appointment.
If shipments are stored or held by the carrier due to reasons tied to the consignee or government processes, various storage charges apply per shipment. Public warehouse storage and related minimums/maximums are defined, and storage charges begin the day after arrival notice or the next business day if delivery is refused/held.
After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Use the “View Your Order” link in the email to monitor status on Nordic Wave’s site. For help, contact the Customer Support channel through the site’s chat option.
