Shop CBD Kratom is a CBD and Kratom retailer with multiple US locations. The site notes federal legality under the 2018 Farm Bill and provides multiple shipping and delivery options, including local delivery where available and various carrier services. The store also emphasizes processing and handling timelines and criteria around order acceptance, availability, and delivery verification.
Free shipping is offered for orders over $100. Some items or modes of shipping are excluded from the free-shipping benefit, notably orders that require Cold Shipping or certain brands listed as exceptions. The policy also notes free shipping is not available for local delivery.
Processing can take up to 3 business days before an order ships. Weekend orders (Friday after 1 p.m. CST through Sunday) are processed the next business day. Cold Shipping is required during warmer months to protect product integrity and is not eligible for Free Shipping. Blended shipments (drinks & edibles) are coordinated to arrive together when both types are in a single order.
Delivery is available from selected CBD Kratom locations where permitted by state law. If local delivery is offered, you may be eligible by entering your ZIP code at checkout. Some markets support same-day delivery if orders are placed by 9:00 PM local time; orders placed after cutoffs are delivered the following day. Local delivery is not guaranteed on weekends or holidays and requires ID verification at delivery.
The Terms of Service govern returns and refunds and indicate that CBD Kratom may restrict or refuse sales at its discretion. The policy also covers order acceptance/confirmation and handling of incorrect or invalid orders, as well as state-law-based restrictions (e.g., cancellations for certain products in specific states).
The store notes tax collection by state where the sale occurs and references standard e-commerce handling through its platform. Payment methods and gift card acceptance are implied by typical Shopify-based checkout, with address verification and order confirmation processes described in the policy.
To maximize savings at Shop CBD Kratom, consider timing for shipping promotions, build your cart strategically to meet the free-shipping threshold, and take advantage of local delivery options when available. If you use a coupon or promo, note that some exclusions and restrictions may apply, and certain items may not be eligible for the lowest shipping method or promotions.
For any order questions, updates, or issues, contact channels are typically via the store’s support options (the policy references the store’s terms and general directions for handling inquiries). If you need help, reach out through the store’s customer service channels instead of sharing personal contact details here.
