A practical guide to MoKnowsHair's coupons, discounts, and policies — built from the store's own pages and our verified offers.
This guide explains how current MoKnowsHair coupons work on the store page, how to apply them at checkout, and what to expect after you click through. The store currently lists two active discount offers, both described as requiring a code. One offer is a 20% discount on select items and the other is a 30% discount on individual products. These sizes refer to the headline discount described in the active offers. The codes themselves are not printed here; you’ll see the code at the store’s coupon area when you’re ready to check out.
MoKnowsHair describes its coupon offers in terms of percentage discounts on categories or product groups. At the moment, the two active offers provide a 20% off select items and a 30% off individual products. The policy pages do not list explicit stacking rules, minimum order requirements, or new-customer-only limits in the text provided. Where specifics aren’t stated, expect standard checkout behavior: discounts apply when a valid code is entered at checkout and will be reflected in the order total. Always review the coupon details in the store’s coupon area for any item-specific exclusions or limitations before applying a code.
Based on the current active offers, MoKnowsHair shoppers can see headline discounts of up to 30% off. The two active offers indicate: 20% off select items and 30% off individual products. This means you can plan for potential 20–30% savings on eligible items when you use the codes at checkout.
Maximize savings by combining coupon use with store shipping promotions and efficient cart strategy. MoKnowsHair offers free ground shipping on orders over $75, which can stack with coupon savings to increase overall value. At checkout, you can still attempt standard best practices like building your cart thoughtfully to reach the free-shipping threshold. Be mindful of processing times and potential shipping delays noted in the policy when estimating delivery.
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Orders over $75 qualify for free ground shipping (3–7 business days after fulfillment). Under-$75 orders have a flat $8.99 shipping rate. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days after fulfillment) is available for an additional charge. International orders show calculated duties, taxes/fees, and shipping times at checkout. Carriers may not update tracking in real time, and MoKnowsHair is not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address entered by the customer.
MoKnowsHair’s terms cover refunds and replacements with several specifics. Lost orders require waiting 15 days from the last tracking update before submitting a lost-package claim, and a further 30 days past the purchase date can affect eligibility for replacement or refund. Damaged orders or incorrect items should be reported with order number, photos, and other details; requests can be denied if they fall outside stated timeframes (e.g., more than 20 days past purchase). The policy emphasizes carrier-based resolution for lost shipments and sets parameters on eligibility windows for replacements.
The policy text confirms that a digital wallet can override checkout information, affecting shipping address accuracy. While specific payment methods are not enumerated in the excerpt, the key takeaway is that you’ll apply your code at checkout to obtain the discount, and ensure address information is current to prevent delivery issues. Gift cards are not explicitly discussed in the provided policy text.
The store shows two active, code-required offers. The policy text does not specify expiration dates or a fixed renewal cycle for coupons, nor does it state a limit on per-order usage beyond the general terms in the terms of service. Expect new or updated offers to appear as the store updates its promotion page, but rely on the current two active offers for planning your purchase.
