A practical guide to Metric Coffee's coupons, discounts, and policies — built from the store's own pages and our verified offers.
Metric Coffee positions itself around radical transparency, fair pricing, and direct-trade sourcing. The shop highlights its traceability of origin, direct-from-producer relationships, and a B Corp direction. Active policies include a product return policy with specific conditions and a restocking fee, plus a privacy policy outlining data handling and security practices. The store operates in the U.S. market with listed policies for returns, restocking, and communications related to orders.
To redeem any current offer, enter the applicable code at checkout. All five active offers require a code and apply to different scopes (across all products, select items, or specifically coffee). Since codes are required, be sure to copy the code exactly and apply it during the checkout process.
Metric Coffee’s active discounts include offers that apply across all products or specifically to coffee, and some that target select items. The biggest current discount stated is 20% off. The five active offers are: 10% off across all products, 10% off select items, 15% off across all products, 20% off across all products, and 20% off coffee. Policies or exclusions beyond these are not detailed in the publicly available summaries.
Based on the active offers, you can save from 10% to 20% on qualifying orders. The range reflects the different scopes of the codes (some apply to all products, some to select items, and some specifically to coffee). Use you largest applicable code to maximize savings within these real offers.
Combine smart shopping habits with Metric Coffee’s coupon structure. Build your cart to meet any minimums implied by category discounts, keep an eye on the best broad-sale code (up to 20% off), and consider subscribing to promo communications or using a savings extension that auto-applies the best code. If you’re shopping for coffee specifically, the 20% off coffee code can be particularly valuable.
Metric Coffee’s product return policy requires returns to be reported within 7 days of delivery. No returns are accepted for coffee without prior authorization. Special orders are non-returnable. Returned items may incur a 25% restocking fee plus any freight charges, and credits are issued to your account within 5–7 working days after inspection. Damages must be noted at delivery or upon inspection to start the carrier damage claim process.
