Lib Tech ships to the US via FedEx Ground from a Sequim, WA warehouse. Orders placed Mon–Thu before 11 am PST typically ship the same day, but processing can take an extra day or two in rare cases. For faster delivery, customers can choose 2-day or overnight shipping, though that option does not guarantee immediate shipment. The store provides a FedEx tracking link once an order ships; if an order contains multiple items that ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. Signature-required shipment can be requested if you’re concerned about theft at the delivery address.
Lib Tech offers international shipping to many European countries and the UK, with free shipping on orders over a threshold for Surf- & Wakesurfboards and standard rates for other items. Delivery times vary by region (EU typically 2–5 business days; UK/Switzerland 3–6 business days). All orders to CH/UK are duty-paid and taxed. Note that shipping availability excludes some regions and carriers, so verify eligibility at checkout.
Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking email within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). If an item ships separately, you’ll get a tracking number for that package; other items will follow. If you’re in a high-theft area, you can request signature-required delivery. You can track shipments directly via the carrier’s site using the provided tracking number.
Official terms for Lib Tech’s returns and refunds are governed by Mervin’s site terms and policies. The pages outline ownership, general use, and user conduct for the broader brand site. For returns and refunds specifics, refer to the checkout and order-management flow on Lib Tech’s site and any updates to policy pages.
Coupons for Lib Tech are available as real, active offers, but the exact codes are listed on the store’s coupon page and not in prose.
