JAK Coupon Codes

JAK currently runs two active discount offers. The biggest discount is 21% off sneakers and clothing items (valid only on certain items). There is also a 10% off across all products available with a code. These figures reflect the real active offers and show the types of savings you can target when you shop.

• Two active offers you may see: up to 21% off sneakers/clothing items on eligible items
• 10% off across all products (applies with a code)
• These offers are shown on the store’s coupon page and apply at checkout where eligible

To redeem a coupon at JAK, add eligible items to your cart, then proceed to checkout where you’ll be prompted to enter a discount code. Entering a valid code will apply the corresponding discount to your order total, subject to the coupon’s eligibility (item class, region, and any exclusions). Remember: codes are region- and item-specific and may not apply to all products.

• Add eligible items to cart
• Proceed to checkout and enter the code in the discount field
• The discount applies to eligible items only (based on the coupon’s rules)

From the store policy, you should expect typical exclusions and rules around returns and exchanges rather than explicit barcode-by-barcode restrictions. Key points to note include how returns are processed and that gift cards are non-returnable. The policy also details how refunds are calculated and the restrictions around sale items and certain exchanges during limited-stock sales. While specific stacking rules aren’t spelled out in a single-line summary, the general guidance is to review the return policy and terms when applying a discount to understand any limits.

• Gift cards are non-returnable
• Sale items may have limited exchange eligibility
• Returns and refunds follow the policy terms (timeframe and condition)

JAK offers a 30-day window to return or exchange footwear. To start a return or exchange, use the store-provided return process to get a shipping label. You must use the provided shipping label for tracking and customs. Exchanges are covered for return shipping by JAK, limited to one exchange per order. If you need to return a different size, the cost is covered for the return; store credit returns also cover all return costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, which can take up to 7 business days once received.

• Returns/exchanges within 30 days
• Return shipping labels provided by JAK
• Exchanges limited to one per order; shipping costs for exchanges covered
• Refunds to original payment method; up to 7 business days after receipt of return
• Gift cards are non-returnable

If you choose a refund to the original payment method, some return shipping costs are deducted according to the published rates. The policy lists specific per-region costs for return shipping per pair (e.g., United Kingdom: 1 pair £15; 2 pairs £25; each additional pair £3; USA & Canada: 1 pair $20; 2 pairs $30; each extra $5; EU: 1 pair €12; 2 pairs €18; each extra €3; Rest of World: 1 pair €25; 2 pairs €37; each extra €5).

If your order hasn’t shipped, you can email the store to cancel or adjust. Once shipped, refer to the returns process for changes or refunds. If a shipment is cancelled or returned due to customs or non-collection, the store may charge warehousing and processing fees, with only a partial refund issued. This emphasizes the importance of quick action if you need to modify or cancel an order.

• Cancellations possible before shipment via email
• Shipped orders follow the return process
• Customs/return non-collection may incur warehousing/processing fees
