Hola Barcelona is TMB’s e-commerce platform for planning city travel and purchasing mobility services in Barcelona. The platform markets travel cards and vouchers that are valid for travel on the city’s transport services, with digital vouchers that can be shown on a mobile device or printed. Purchases are subject to the platform’s general terms of sale and the terms of the service providers for each transport option.
Hola Barcelona is offering a single active real coupon: 10% off Across All Products. This means you can apply a 10% discount to eligible items across the site. The platform indicates the discount is available via a code, but we describe offers by discount size only and do not print codes in prose.
The 10% off coupon applies to across all products as stated. Important policy points you should know: - The platform issues travel vouchers that must be exchanged before travel, and the vouchers expire after 180 days from purchase (except day/time bookings, which must be exchanged on the day of booking). - Hola Barcelona travel cards expire on 28 February of the year after purchase. - Travel cards for children under 4 are free of charge. - Purchased vouchers are issued by email within 24 hours of purchase.
Redeeming the coupon is part of the checkout process. After selecting the travel cards or vouchers you want, enter the applicable code during checkout to apply the 10% discount. You will receive a purchase confirmation within 24 hours of completing the purchase.
In addition to using the coupon, you can optimize savings by planning purchases around the validity windows and using the digital voucher format. After purchase, you’ll want to exchange the voucher within 180 days (except for day/time bookings). You’ll receive the confirmation by email, which helps ensure your purchase is tracked.
Hola Barcelona issues a nominative voucher that can be shown on a mobile device or printed. The voucher is valid for travel on the platform’s services during operating hours, according to the card purchased.
The platform’s terms describe how travel cards and vouchers are managed, including that prices can change and that purchases are subject to the general terms of sale. Vouchers have an expiry tied to the purchase date, and there is no separate standard return window described for refunds of travel cards once issued.
The process requires entering payment details to complete the purchase. The platform confirms purchases by email within 24 hours. Gift cards or other payment methods are described within the checkout process as accepted payment methods.
The store lists one active coupon currently and notes that a code is required to redeem. The terms do not specify a fixed schedule for new codes or whether codes are single-use versus public.
If you need help, Hola Barcelona provides a contact form and a phone line. They offer chat via Facebook Messenger for support.
