Hero Kiddo offers Free Ground Shipping to the lower 48 states every day. If an item ships via courier, you may upgrade to expedited shipping at your expense. Most items under 150 lbs that ship via courier will receive Free Shipping. Freight shipments include curbside delivery with no lift gate by default; lift gate and additional delivery services are at the customer’s expense. Delivery is typically 10-14 business days, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm local time. If you’re not home, a delivery notification card is usually issued. For larger shipments via common carrier, a signed acknowledgement of receipt is required, and you must be present to accept the delivery.

In some remote areas, delivery may occur at the courier’s closest Pick-Up Center, with notification when shipments are ready for pickup.
