This guide explains Heatbit’s order flow, how delivery and payments work, and how to handle common situations like changes to your address, out-of-stock items, or damaged parcels. It pulls from Heatbit’s published policies to give you practical, shopper-focused steps.

Heatbit outlines the standard timing and the factors that influence delivery. Domestic orders are generally in transit for 4–7 working days, while international orders can be 4–22 working days depending on the courier and destination.

• International transit: 4–22 working days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
• Dispatch operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours
• P.O. boxes are not eligible for shipping

Heatbit’s policy notes that stock situations can cause delays, and cancellations may not always be possible once an order is placed. If an item is out of stock, in-stock items will ship first and the rest will be sent when back in stock.

• Stock discrepancies can occur; full fulfillment may be affected
• Cancellations may not be accepted after order placement
• Out-of-stock items are shipped when they return to stock
• In-stock items ship promptly; the rest wait until restocked
