This guide pulls from Chuao Chocolatier’s policy pages and the site’s active coupons to help you save, understand the checkout flow, and know what to expect from shipping, returns, and payments. It focuses on how coupons work with Chuao’s products, what discounts you can expect, and practical tips to maximize savings without violating the store’s rules.

• Understand which discounts apply at checkout (and which items are excluded).
• Know shipping, pickup, and processing timelines.
• Learn how returns and refunds are handled and the time window to raise concerns.
• Get strategies to stack savings (where permitted) and avoid common pitfalls.
• Familiarize yourself with how to contact support if you need help.

Chuao’s active coupons are code-based and apply at checkout. The store notes that sale items and certain promotions cannot be combined with promo codes. When you apply a coupon, the discount will appear at checkout if the order qualifies. For orders that include sale items, the sale price cannot be combined with an additional promotion code.

• Codes are required to redeem the listed discounts.
• Sale items have specific rules: sale price cannot be combined with an additional promotion code.
• Cancellations after shipping are not possible, so timing matters if you’re using a promo.
• There is no direct price shown here for individual codes; discounts are described by size/type (e.g., across all products, select items).

Chuao’s current active offers include discounts of up to 20% off across all products and 20% off select items. Some codes require a minimum order (e.g., 15% off across all products with a minimum order of $150). Sale items are valid while supplies last and can’t be combined with other codes or substitutions. Wholesale accounts are excluded from sale discounts. Free ground shipping is available on eligible orders, and is selected at checkout.

• Up to 20% off across all products (code required).
• 15% off across all products with a $150+ minimum order (code required).
• 20% off select items (code required).
• Sale items: valid while supplies last; cannot be paired with promo codes or substitutions.
• Free ground shipping on orders ≥ $99.95 (select at checkout).

Based on the active offers, you can expect savings in these ranges when you use a code: across all products: about 10%–20% off; plus a separate 15% minimum-order offer for orders of $150 or more; select items can also be discounted by 20%. These figures reflect the current, active coupons and are not guaranteed for every cart.

• Across all products: typically between 10% and 20%.
• Minimum-order offer: 15% off with $150+ order (code required).
• Select items: up to 20% off.
• Actual savings depend on items chosen (sale vs non-sale) and any stacking rules.

Use site features and timing to maximize value: sign up for updates; build your cart to reach thresholds; watch for free shipping eligibility at checkout; consider using the best code for your cart from the active offers. The Couponly extension or similar tools can help auto-apply the best code on your behalf, if you use compatible tools. Keep in mind sale items’ limitations: they may not be eligible for codes.

• Build your cart to meet $99.95+ for free ground shipping where possible.
• Check if items are on sale before applying a code (sale items often cannot be combined with codes).
• Sign up for newsletters or alerts to learn about new codes or promotions.
• Use browser extensions that auto-apply the best eligible code (if you use them).
