Redeeming a coupon at Box-Up Nation is straightforward when you’re checking out. After you add items to your cart, you’ll see a field to enter a coupon code. Enter the coupon code exactly as provided in the active offers, then apply. If the code is valid and not expired, the discount will be applied to your order total before you complete payment.
Box-Up Nation’s active coupons apply to across-all-products or select items, with the need to use a code. The current offers include across-the-board discounts and free shipping. The policy notes that some exchanges or items may have shipping-related conditions, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. While stacking isn’t explicitly covered in the policy, you should apply only one coupon per order unless stated otherwise by the site during checkout.

Box-Up Nation processes orders in 1–2 days, excluding weekends and holidays, with a 9am CT cutoff. Box-Up Nation’s policy allows returns and exchanges for items that are new and unused within 14 days of delivery. Restocking fees are 10% (or 15% for large orders of 4+ items). Final-sale items aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges. Damaged or defective items have a 7-day window for exchange/refund; defective items have a 30-day window. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is covered by the policy.
To initiate a return or exchange, email Box-Up Nation with your order number. If you want store credit, you’ll receive full credit. For exchanges, Box-Up Nation covers shipping costs only for exchanges (except footwear for which shipping isn’t covered). You’ll ship the item back with tracking and wait for verification before the new item ships.
Box-Up Nation accepts standard payment forms via their Shopify-powered checkout. While the exact payment methods aren’t enumerated in the policy excerpt, you’ll apply your coupon code during checkout to reduce the total payment amount.
If a request is approved, Box-Up Nation will issue either a replacement item or website credit. Website credits expire one year from the issue date. Replacement items ship at no cost to U.S. customers if applicable by policy.
