ATHX operates a strict non-refund policy for competitor and spectator tickets. If you can’t compete, you may defer your entry to another ATHX event within the same season (subject to availability and a minimum lead time). You may transfer your place to another eligible competitor up to 3 days before the event. Deferrals are only permitted within the current 2026 ATHX event season.
