Angel Armor sells products under Protection at a Higher Level®. The Terms and Conditions govern every purchase unless a signed agreement with a different term exists. Prices and product specifications can change without notice. Taxes and other charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from delivery (with approved credit). If credit isn’t approved, payment may be prepaid. Late invoices incur a 2.5% per month finance charge. Angel Armor may restrict sales to overdue accounts and may refer long-overdue accounts to collections.

Buyers place product orders via electronic or written purchase orders. Each order should include order number, buyer name and address, shipping details, item numbers, description, quantity, unit price, and total order price. All orders must meet the batch quantities dictated by Angel Armor; orders not in batch quantities may incur a per-unit fee to satisfy batch requirements. Angel Armor reserves the right to reject orders in whole or in part at its discretion.

Prices and product specifications can change without notice. Taxes, duties, and other government charges are paid by the buyer in addition to the quoted price. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of delivery with approved credit. If the buyer’s credit is not approved, payment may be required by prepaid wire transfer or other terms provided by Angel Armor. Invoices not paid by due date incur a finance charge of 2.5% per month.

Angel Armor will attempt to ship products in accordance with the requested delivery date. The policy disclaims liability for losses arising from delivery delays. Expedited delivery requests may incur additional fees at Angel Armor’s discretion. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer on an FOB (Incoterms 2010) basis for sea shipments or EXW Angel Armor’s facilities for other shipments. All shipment costs are paid by the buyer, and any prepaid amounts are reimbursed to Angel Armor.

Buyers must not export Angel Armor products without prior written approval from Angel Armor and applicable government authorities. The products are covered by Angel Armor’s express limited warranty issued for the applicable product. The warranty is the sole warranty; it does not cover defects or damage caused by the buyer or by third parties, nor product modifications by the buyer. Other express or implied warranties (merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed. Failure to follow warnings and instructions can void the warranty.
