Why did my Zales promo code not work at checkout?

Offers cannot be redeemed on clearance, closeouts, loose diamonds and gemstones, many watch brands (including Movado, Tissot, Casio, Fossil and Hamilton), personalized or custom items, rental jewelry, special events, gift cards, extended service plans, repairs, trade-in purchases and previous purchases. Offers also cannot be redeemed for cash.

How do I get a member discount at Zales?

Vault Rewards is free to join, and you earn 1 Gem for every $1 spent. Members get a $100 Birthday Benefit on a $300+ purchase, and the Emerald and Diamond tiers get an annual membership benefit of $25 and $50.

Does Zales offer free shipping for Vault Rewards members?

Vault Rewards members get free Express shipping on in-stock items that don't need sizing or personalization. Express shipping is not available for APO, FPO or DPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska or U.S. territories.

What are the Zales Credit Card financing terms?

On purchases of $300 for 6 months, $1,000 for 12 months or $4,000 for 18 months, you pay no interest if the balance is paid in full within the promotional period. Interest is charged from the purchase date if it is not, a 2% promotional plan fee applies, and a $2.99 monthly fee may apply to each paper statement.

Does Zales offer Affirm payment plans?

Yes, Affirm is available online and in store, with a real-time decision that does not affect your credit. Rates run from 0% to 36% APR, and the options you get depend on your purchase amount and may require a down payment.

What Zales items cannot be returned or exchanged?

Special ordered watches, custom designs, gift cards, jewelry that has been engraved or altered beyond sizing or stone setting, protection plan replacement merchandise, and anything bought with Progressive Leasing cannot be exchanged. Items must be in original condition with all original packaging, instructions and paperwork, and watches must be returned with all links.
