Each Trainline promo code must be used in full, and it cannot be combined with another Trainline offer.
You send your friend a link, and you receive a promo code once they book their first train ticket with Trainline and do not cancel it. Your friend must be a new Trainline customer aged over 18 in an eligible territory, and you can receive a limited number of promo codes per 24 hours and per year.
For UK rail tickets booked from 1 April, Anytime, Off-Peak, Super Off-Peak, Day Travelcard, Rover and Ranger tickets are only refundable if cancelled by 23:59 the day before travel. Once these tickets are valid for travel, refunds are only available for disruptions or cancellations.
Yes, a digital railcard can usually be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been used to buy discounted tickets and has not been downloaded to the app. Once it has been downloaded, it can no longer be refunded.
