How long does Tradeinn take to ship my order?
Tradeinn dispatches orders without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the Order Confirmation. If it cannot meet the delivery date, it will tell you why and offer a new date or a cancellation with a full refund.
What condition must a Tradeinn item be in to return it under withdrawal?
Return it in its original packaging with all accessories, in the same condition as delivered, preferably with the invoice. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the goods.
Which Tradeinn items can't be returned unless they are defective?
Items unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health reasons, such as cosmetics, underwear and climbing equipment, cannot be returned unless defective. The same applies to perishable items, mixed items that cannot be separated, unsealed audio, video or software, and personalised or made-to-measure items such as numbered football boots or shirts.
How do I make a warranty claim with Tradeinn?
