TOMS gives veterans, active military members and their families 20% off full-priced and markdown items. You must verify your military status with ID.me, which is free, and the verification gives you a code to enter at checkout, limited to one code per person.

Is there a TOMS teacher discount?

Yes, verified teachers get 20% off full-priced and markdown items after verifying their status with ID.me for free. The discount does not cover gift cards, taxes, shipping or other fees and is limited to one code per person.

Can I pay for TOMS in installments with Klarna, and is there a late fee?

TOMS accepts Klarna and Afterpay, and Klarna may charge a late fee of up to $7 per installment if a payment fails. If you return part of a pay-in-4 order, Klarna adjusts the remaining installments starting from the last one, and payments already made are refunded to the original payment method.

Does TOMS charge a restocking fee or pay return shipping?

A $4.99 restocking fee applies if you take the refund to your original payment method, and it is waived if you choose TOMS.com store credit instead. TOMS does not pay return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

How do I use a TOMS gift card and can I cash it out?

Enter the gift card code in the "Discount code or gift card" field at checkout and click Apply. TOMS gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except where the law requires it.

What is the TOMS return policy and time limit?

TOMS accepts unworn, unwashed and unaltered items bought directly from TOMS.com that arrive at its Dallas warehouse within 30 days of the order date. Items marked "All sales are final - No returns" cannot be returned or exchanged.
