Timex ships to 29 countries, and duties and taxes are included in the guaranteed landed cost. Free shipping thresholds vary by country, for example orders over AU$160 in Australia or over $200 in Ecuador.
What happens to the Timex Extend protection plan if I return my watch?
Timex returns the money you paid for the protection plan, and Extend issues a pro-rated refund depending on how much time has passed since purchase.
How long do I have to return a Timex watch?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item bought on timex.com. The original purchase price, less shipping, is credited to the card used for the purchase, and Timex does not do exchanges.
