How do OUTNET REWARDS tiers work at The Outnet?
Your tier is based on your total spend in the calendar year. If you still meet your tier's threshold, you stay in the same tier for the new calendar year, but if you no longer meet it you can be moved down or removed from OUTNET REWARDS.
How many days do I have to return an item to The Outnet?
You have 28 days from the day you receive the item to request a return through your account online. The item must also be sent back no later than 28 days after you received it.
