Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused items. Play mats and soft furniture must be unopened and returned in their original packaging, and soft furniture foam removed from its vacuum-sealed packaging or personalized fabric cannot be accepted.
It is a 365-day limited warranty on defective products, valid only when products are used for their intended purpose. It excludes staining, cutting or puncturing, damage from heavy furniture or pets, and damage from improper cleaning, and damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
