Tecovas coupon questions

Six questions people actually ask us.

How do I get the Tecovas sign-up promo code for 10% off?

Qualifying new email or text subscribers can receive a 10% code for an eligible purchase of $250 or more before tax and shipping. The code expires 30 days after issuance, can be redeemed once, and does not apply at outlet stores or on discounted or marked-down boots.

Why did my Tecovas promo code fail at checkout?

Birthday codes cannot be used on discounted or marked-down items, prior or pending purchases, gift certificates, taxes or shipping. The sign-up code is also invalid at outlet stores, and both codes are limited to stock on hand.

Does Tecovas have a student discount?

Tecovas offers 10% off to enrolled students at public or private schools. You verify status through ID.me, then apply the discount at checkout, and it cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

How does the Tecovas refer a friend reward work?

A referred first-time customer must make a single order of at least $250 before taxes, discounts and shipping. Referrers can earn up to five rewards per calendar year, and each reward expires 30 days after issuance.

Can I return Tecovas boots bought from another retailer to Tecovas?

No. The return policy applies only to products bought at Tecovas.com or Tecovas stores, and products bought from other retailers must go back to the original retailer under its policy.

Are returns free for Tecovas orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska?

No. Orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska are not eligible for free shipping or free returns, return fees are calculated when you start the return, and that return handling fee is deducted from your refund. Exchanges are not available there.
