Yes, a return shipping and handling fee of $11.99 per return package is deducted from your refund unless the merchandise is defective.
Returns to any TJ Maxx store are free when you bring your shipping confirmation email and the plastic packaging your items arrived in. Returns by mail cost $11.99, and online purchases can only be returned to a TJ Maxx store.
