SteelSeries offers a 30-day return policy valid from delivery, extended to 45 days from purchase for holiday orders between Nov 20th and Jan 2nd. Made-to-order and custom devices cannot be returned. Bundles must be returned in full. SteelSeries covers return shipping for orders outside the UK.

Which SteelSeries products are excluded from promo codes?

Arctis Nova Elite (Obsidian and Sage & Gold), Rival Pro, Rival Pro Mini, Sensei Pro and Sensei Pro Mini (Black and White), Fortnite Collection, Blemished Boxes, Bundles and Accessories are excluded from coupon code use.

Why did my SteelSeries promo code fail at checkout?

The coupon code must be activated during checkout to be valid, and SteelSeries cannot activate a coupon after an order is completed. Certain products are also excluded from coupon use.

Does SteelSeries have a sign-up discount for new subscribers?
