Can I use the Space NK 15% off first order code if I check out as a guest?
No, you must log in to your Space NK account when ordering, because the discount does not apply to guest checkout. The offer can only be redeemed once per customer and is not available if you have already placed an order in the past.
Why did my Space NK discount code fail at checkout?
The 15% first-order offer excludes NK Multi Edits, selected Christmas lines, Christmas Crackers, the Jellycat Space NK bag charm, Dyson, Environ, Parfums De Marly, Le Labo, Jo Malone London, gift cards, e-gift cards, sale and discounted lines. The offer also does not apply to guest checkout or to customers who have already ordered.
How does the Space NK birthday gift work?
You must be subscribed to marketing emails and have made a purchase in the 12 months before your birthday month. Birthday emails are sent between the 1st and 8th of your birthday month, the gift can be redeemed until the 14th of the following month, and it is one gift per customer while stocks last.
How long do I have to cancel a Space NK online order?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel from the dispatch confirmation until 14 days after you receive the products. The goods must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Are Space NK gift cards refundable?
No, gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and cannot be used to buy other gift cards. Online gift card purchases can be cancelled within 14 working days of receipt of the card.
Are Space NK returns free?
Yes, UK online returns by mail are free and paperless, using a prepaid label created on the Space NK site and a QR code sent by email. You then take the parcel to a post office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or book a Royal Mail collection.
