Does a Smallwoods price change affect an order I already placed?
No. A later price change does not by itself change the amount owed for an existing order. If a pricing error affects your order, Smallwoods will contact you about the correction or cancellation and any refund.
Can I return something I bought from Smallwoods?
Non-custom items can be returned if you request the return within 30 days of placing your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and not marked Final Sale.
What if my Smallwoods order arrives damaged?
Report damaged or defective items within 30 days of placing your order, with your order number, a clear photo and a brief description. If the damage is confirmed, Smallwoods provides a replacement at no additional cost, and sometimes a prepaid return label.
Can I cancel an Express Production or Overnight Shipping order from Smallwoods?
No. Orders placed with Express Production or Overnight Shipping cannot be canceled or modified, because they are prioritized immediately.
Do I have to pay duties when a Smallwoods order ships to Canada?
Yes. Recipients are responsible for customs duties and import taxes, which are not included in the product price or shipping charge. The carrier will notify you if payment is due before delivery.
How do I cancel a Smallwoods order?
Standard-production orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed through the Smallwoods support form, using your order number and checkout email. After 12 hours the order moves into production and can no longer be canceled.
