Sitka Gear coupon questions
Six questions people actually ask us.
Can I get a military discount at Sitka Gear?
Yes. Create or log into a sitkagear.com account, verify through GovX, and once verified your account automatically shows the discount on all in-stock, eligible items. The program serves active duty and military veterans, plus current law enforcement, fire, and EMT or paramedic personnel.
Who qualifies for the Sitka Gear Pro Program?
Hunting guides and outfitters, industry professionals, land and wildlife government employees, first responders, and military members can apply. It is by application only, and membership is not guaranteed and can be revoked at any time.
What happens if my Sitka Gear gift card is worth more than my order?
The leftover balance is stored back on your original gift card and can be used on any future online purchase with the same gift certificate code. If the card does not cover the full total, you pay the rest with another valid payment method.
What is the Sitka Gear return window?
Returns must be started within 30 days of the original purchase date, and only items bought directly through sitkagear.com can be returned on the website. Items must be new and unused with the original hang tags attached, and underwear cannot be returned.
What is the Sitka Gear exchange policy?
Exchanges must be started within 30 days of purchase and are only for a different size of the same item, based on availability, with each item exchangeable one time. Shipping on the new item is covered by Sitka Gear, but exchanges for a different item or colorway are not allowed.
What are the Sitka Gear e-gift card terms?
Gift cards are valid only for online redemption at sitkagear.com, not in retail stores, and only for purchases in the US and Canada in USD. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash except where state law requires, and lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
