Most often the code has passed its expiration date or its supplies are exhausted, or it is being used on an ineligible item. Promotions also cannot be applied to standing pre-orders or completed or shipped orders, and cannot be added after an order is submitted.
You earn one reward for every dollar spent on eligible purchases, and you can redeem 20 rewards to the dollar on eligible purchases that cost $50 or more. Rewards become available 40-45 days after an order ships and expire one year after they are earned.
Yes, a Sideshow gift card can be used on just about anything Sideshow sells, including shipping fees, tax and non-refundable deposits. Gift cards are not reloadable, and you cannot use a gift card to purchase another gift card.
Customs fees, sales taxes and similar charges are not included in the purchase price and may be charged by your country's customs office or collected by the carrier. If a package is refused because of excessive import fees and duties, you are responsible for the carrier's return shipping fees and no refund is issued if the item cannot be returned.
Customers pay return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on Sideshow's part. If your item arrives damaged, you can send photos of the damage and Sideshow will pay for the return shipping.
