No. Outlet items, discounted purchases and Sample Sale purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.
Yes. Standard shipping to US territories is $24.95 with USPS, and expedited shipping is not available there.
Orders of $125 or more shipped within the United States and US territories get a prepaid return label, except bicycles. International orders do not qualify for free returns.
Standard UPS shipping for watches is free and takes 5 to 7 business days. Two-business-day shipping costs $19.95 and one-business-day shipping costs $29.95.
The Shinola Guarantee covers defects for five years from the original purchase date, but you must register the watch to activate it. Without proof of purchase, coverage starts January 1 of the year the watch was manufactured.
It covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. If a leather good cannot be repaired or replaced, Shinola provides a gift card at current replacement value.
