Is there a free trial for PASS at SheetMusicDirect?
PASS offers a free trial for new and certain former subscribers only, and SheetMusicDirect decides eligibility at its absolute discretion. Registration, a paid-plan payment method and email verification are required to start one.
What happens to my PASS subscription if SheetMusicDirect cannot charge my card?
SheetMusicDirect emails you asking you to update your payment method, and you remain responsible for any amounts not collected. If the card still cannot be billed, the subscription is terminated immediately.
Do I keep access to PASS if I cancel my SheetMusicDirect subscription?
Yes, after cancelling you keep access to the service through the end of your current billing period.
Can I return digital sheet music to SheetMusicDirect?
Digital sheet music and MP3s are not returnable after purchase because of their digital nature. Technical or quality problems with digital content should be taken up with customer support.
How many times can I print sheet music I bought from SheetMusicDirect?
Each copy of sheet music purchased can be printed on one occasion only.
How do I stop a PASS subscription from renewing and being charged again on SheetMusicDirect?
Monthly and annual PASS subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, so you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next month's fees being billed.
