The Trade Program is for interior designers, architects and other design professionals who use the products only to design spaces. Members get the best pricing, flat rate delivery, tax-exempt purchasing, future dated delivery and extended returns.
Serena & Lily uses one flat rate delivery charge for FedEx Small, Medium and Large delivery. The flat rates cover unlimited eligible units shipped to one US address per delivery type per order, and Serena & Lily does not ship to PO or APO boxes.
It does not charge the card until the order has shipped. On split shipments, the total shipping fee is usually charged with the first shipment, and the card is reauthorized before any backordered items ship.
