Does Sephora have free shipping?
Beauty Insider members get free standard 1-3 day shipping on US merchandise orders with no minimum purchase. Guest checkout orders get free standard 1-3 day shipping at $50 or more.
Do Sephora gift cards expire or lose value?
Sephora Gift Cards and store credits do not expire, and no inactivity or service fees apply. They also cannot be redeemed for cash and are not refundable.
How many Sephora gift cards can I use on one online order?
You can use up to two Sephora Gift Cards or eGift Cards per online order, and to use more you need to visit a Sephora store. Any unused balance stays on the card for a future purchase.
Is there a minimum purchase for a Sephora birthday gift?
Online on sephora.com or sephora.ca, a merchandise purchase of $25 or more is required, not counting gift cards, gift wrapping, packaging, taxes, shipping, or past purchases. In store, no purchase is needed, and you just give your Beauty Advisor your registered Beauty Insider email.
What is Sephora's return window?
Sephora welcomes returns of new or gently used products for a full refund to your original payment method if returned within 30 days of purchase, and you must have proof of purchase.
