Yes. Every fragrance Scent Split sells is 100% genuine, and it never sells counterfeit, diluted or imitation products.
What happens if a Scent Split fragrance is out of stock?
If an order contains a backordered item, the order is held until all items are available unless otherwise noted. You can use the Notify Me When Available option on the product page to get an email when stock returns.
Can I cancel or change my Scent Split order?
If the order has not entered processing, Scent Split will do its best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Contact Customer Support as soon as possible.
Can I return a Scent Split sample or decant?
Samples and decants can be returned only if the outer shipping box or envelope has never been opened and is returned completely unopened in its original sealed condition. Once that outer packaging is opened, all samples inside become final sale.
