Shipping is free on orders over $20 USD to the United States, Canada, most of Europe, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and several other countries. Orders below $20 USD pay a standard shipping fee shown at checkout, and some countries such as Vietnam, Thailand and South Korea have a flat fee of $15 or more.
You get one size exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability, and the ring must be returned unused with its packaging and accessories. Color exchanges are not permitted once the redemption has been submitted.

Paying with HSA or FSA funds through Flex uses pre-tax dollars and can potentially save around 30%, depending on your tax situation. You select Flex at checkout and confirm eligibility with your HSA/FSA card.
A refund is available only if the redemption code has not been used, and it is processed after the code is deactivated, which is irreversible. Once the code has been redeemed, the gift card is non-refundable except for manufacturing defects.
RingConn can deduct the diminished value from a refund if the returned product shows damage, contamination, wear or missing parts, unless you declared those issues in your return request in advance. Sizing kits are non-refundable and non-returnable, and cancelling after a sizing kit has shipped costs $10.
