Can I stack a Ring Concierge promo code with Loyalty Rewards?
No. The $100 welcome offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code, including Loyalty Rewards. The bridal refer-a-friend discount and the Last Chance offer also cannot be combined with any other offer.
Why did my Ring Concierge welcome code fail at checkout?
The $100 welcome offer only works on purchases of $400 or more and only on your first Fine Jewelry purchase. It excludes gift cards, gift wrap, foam cleaner, ring sizers, jewelry cases, classic diamond studs, bezel-set classic diamond studs, bridal, bespoke, engraving, RC Sets, repairs and other services, and styles added to Last Chance.
How do I get the $100 off Ring Concierge welcome offer?
You must have received an email from Ring Concierge's official marketing platform to be eligible. The code expires 30 days after you receive it and is limited to one use per code.
Do Ring Concierge gift cards expire, and can I use a promo code with them?
Gift cards never expire and may be combined with any other promotions. They are delivered by email and redeemed at checkout.
Does Ring Concierge pay a discount for referring a friend to buy an engagement ring?
Yes. If your referral buys a Ring Concierge engagement ring, you receive a $500 discount code for the website or store. Both referrer and referee must be US residents aged 18 or older, and the code is one-time use and cannot be combined with any other offer.
Which Ring Concierge items are final sale and cannot be returned?
Bespoke bridal pieces, personalized pieces including engravables, non-jewelry accessories, sale items that have been permanently marked down, and select made-to-order pieces are final sale. Last Chance styles listed as final sale also cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
