No, the Built for Life Warranty applies in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Are Ridge exchanges free to ship?

Yes, exchanged items ship free within the U.S. after the return is approved.

Does the Ridge lifetime warranty cover my wallet?

The Built for Life Warranty covers Ridge Wallets, KeyCases, Pens, Phone Cases, Curb Chains and Curb Bracelets bought on or after October 14, 2025 from Ridge's official websites, official Amazon listings or authorized retail partners. It covers defects, loss, theft, normal wear and tear and accidental damage.

Does Ridge pay for return shipping?

U.S. customers get a free prepaid USPS label and only need to print it and drop off the package. International customers must send the return with a tracking label, and returns without tracking can't be refunded.
