Resend may offer a free tier or free trial at its discretion. Usage is subject to the limits on its pricing page, and Resend can change or end free access at any time without notice.
Can Resend raise my price when my enterprise plan renews?
Resend can propose a fee change by written notice no later than the day after the non-renewal deadline. You then have 14 days to accept or reject it in writing, and if you do not respond, the change is treated as accepted.
What happens if my Resend payment fails?
Resend issues an electronic invoice telling you to pay the full amount manually by a set deadline. A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required for the subscription.
Does Resend refund subscription fees?
Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
How do I cancel my Resend subscription so it stops auto renewing?
Resend subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, which is monthly or annual, on the same terms. You can cancel the renewal from your online account management page or by contacting Resend customer support.
