The most common reasons are that the promotion has expired, the order does not meet the minimum value requirement, the code was mistyped (copy and paste it directly from the email), or 'Gift Card' was selected instead of 'Promo Code' at checkout.
Codes cannot be applied to PRO, existing memberships, existing orders, or other items for sale, and they have no cash value. Some codes also cannot be used on one-time item rentals or retail purchases, and codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
An active subscriber who refers a new subscriber who enrolls in a monthly plan through the referral program receives $50 off their membership for one billing cycle. A member can have a maximum of 10 referral discounts added in any single active billing cycle.
A one-time replacement is provided at no extra cost if an item doesn't fit during the first 60 days of a new or qualifying reactivated membership, and it is included in the next scheduled shipment. No, Rent The Runway gift cards do not expire. Each card can be for up to $500, and gift cards can be applied to rentals, purchases, membership fees, additional spots, shipments, or plan upgrades.
Purchased items, excluding those marked final sale, can be sent back for a refund within 7 days of delivery. A $5.95 restocking fee (plus tax) is deducted for each returned item, and original shipping fees are not refunded.
