Does Plank+Beam charge for return shipping?
Returns are picked up from your door with a return label, and the refund is issued minus the shipping cost. The estimated shipping charge reflects Plank+Beam's discounted rates.
How long does Plank+Beam take to process and ship an order?
Orders typically take an estimated 2 to 5 business days to process, pick and pack before shipping from South Carolina. Orders to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii can take up to 10 business days.
How long do I have to return a Plank+Beam order?
Returns of new, unused, unassembled and undamaged items are accepted within 30 days of delivery receipt.
Can I change or cancel my Plank+Beam order?
Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order begins processing in the warehouse. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled, and requests go to [email protected].
What does the Plank+Beam warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential household use. Shipping and labor costs are the customer's responsibility, and it does not cover commercial use, floor models or "as is" sales.
