Can I return just one item from a Philips bundle that came with a free product?
Not on its own. If a product was sold as part of a bundle where other products were free or discounted, the bundled product must be returned with the product you bought, or Philips can invoice you for any free or discounted bundle item not returned.
When does Philips charge my credit card?
Philips charges your credit card when it issues the invoice or at the time of shipment. Philips will not begin processing your order until your card issuer has authorized the payment.
Can I pay for a Philips Starter Kit in installments?
Yes. You pay an upfront down payment, then monthly installments over the term identified at purchase, for example 9 months. Monthly billing starts two weeks after you order the Starter Kit.
Is return shipping free on Philips orders?
For purchases made on the Philips store, return delivery is free of charge with FedEx. For Starter Kit, Brush Head Subscription, OneBlade Handle and Replacement Blade Subscription purchases, you pay the shipping and handling to return the product.
Who can place an order on the Philips online store?
You must be 18 years of age or over, be reachable by telephone, and have a valid email address to place an order.
How long is the Philips warranty?
Philips products come with a 2-year warranty. Philips will repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price when it is returned, as set out on the warranty card supplied with the product.
