How to apply a code at Pelican
- 1
Copy the code above
Start with the one verified most recently, not the biggest number.
- 2
Go from the cart to checkout
Open the cart drawer using the cart icon. From there, continue to the checkout page, where the promo code field is located.
- 3
Enter and apply your code
Type your code into the promo code field on the checkout page. Then select the apply button to apply it.
- 4
Check the total dropped
If Pelican shows "Enter a valid discount code or gift card", the code did not work — tell us, and a code shoppers report as failing moves to the bottom of the list.

Pelican coupon questions
Six questions people actually ask us.
Does Pelican have a military or first responder discount?
Yes, Pelican gives 15% off all orders through ID.me for military members, veterans, first responders and retirees. Verify once on ID.me, add items to your cart, select "View Cart," then choose the Military or Responders button and log in to see the discount in your order summary.
Can I use the Pelican military discount with other promo codes?
Restrictions may apply when combining the ID.me discount with other discounts or promotions. The ID.me discount is not available for federal government purchases and is only for personal use.
Why was my Pelican order canceled?
Pelican may cancel an order for limited quantities available, errors in product or pricing information, or problems flagged by its credit and fraud department. If the order was canceled after your card was charged, Pelican issues a credit to your card for the amount charged.
What condition must items be in to return them to Pelican?
Returned merchandise must be new and unused, with the original product packaging, promotional items, accessories and manuals intact. Products sold with promotional items must go back with all of those items.
How long do I have to return a Pelican purchase?
Items bought on pelican.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt, and defective or wrong items also have 30 days. For holiday orders placed 11/1/2025 to 12/31/2025, the return deadline is January 31. A separate return-policy summary on the same page says you can return a product for a refund within 15 days of receipt.
How long is the Pelican warranty?
Injection-molded Pelican cases carry a limited lifetime warranty against breakage or defects in workmanship, and accessories are covered for one year from the invoice date. For Pelican Elite Luggage, the case has a lifetime warranty, while internal accessories are covered for 90 days from purchase. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
