Yes, eligibility is verified through ID.me for customers in the US and Canada. It covers active-duty military, veterans and retirees, military spouses and immediate family, students at accredited 2- or 4-year, community or technical colleges, PreK-12 and college teachers, hospital and medical providers, and active-duty police, fire and EMT.
Do online Peak Design discounts work in retail stores?
Yes, online discounts also work at Peak Design retail stores, and stores offer and match the same bundles available on the online storefront. Industry and employee purchase program discounts can also be used in store if you are already signed up and approved.
Is Peak Design gear covered by a warranty?
Peak Design's lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures that make a product non-functional, but not cosmetic blemishes, wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or apparel. Products with a rechargeable battery are not guaranteed to keep peak performance beyond 2 years.
How long do I have to return a Peak Design product?
You can send a Peak Design product back for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Apparel is excluded from returns because it is yours to keep.
