Does NZXT offer discounts for schools, studios or businesses?
Yes. NZXT for Business offers corporate discounts, customization options and dedicated support to studios, schools and businesses.
How long do I have to return something I bought from NZXT.com?
Items bought from the NZXT.com store qualify for a full refund or exchange only within 30 days of purchase, and returns are not allowed after that. The item must be returned to NZXT.com store inventory with an authorized RMA number, and NZXT reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
What should I do if my NZXT product fails within the first 60 days?
In North America, return the product to your dealer or reseller for a replacement within the first 60 days after purchase. For a power supply installed in an NZXT enclosure, you only need to return the failed power supply. If you can no longer return it to the dealer, contact NZXT Customer Support.
How long is the NZXT warranty on a power supply?
NZXT 80+ Gold and 80+ Platinum power supplies carry a 10-year warranty, NZXT Gold Core power supplies carry 7 years, and 80+ Bronze power supplies carry 5 years.
How do I start an NZXT return?
Submit a return request through the NZXT support site. Once it is approved you receive an RMA number, which must be marked on the package when you ship the item back. Refunds go to the original method of payment.
