How to apply a code at Net-A-Porter
- 1

- 2
Go to the checkout page
Open the cart and proceed to checkout. The promo code field is on the checkout page, not in the cart.
- 3
Enter and apply your code
Type your code into the promo code field. Then use the apply button to apply it. A code can also be entered during checkout.
- 4
Check the total dropped
If it didn't, tell us — a code shoppers report as failing moves to the bottom of the list.

Net-A-Porter coupon questions
Six questions people actually ask us.
Can I stack a Net-A-Porter promo code with a sale discount?
No. The discount on Sale items cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, offer, code, certificate, or coupon, and no further discount is given on Sale items before or after purchase.
Is there a minimum spend for the Net-A-Porter first-order app discount?
The 10% first-time app code has no minimum spend. It applies only to a first order placed through the NET-A-PORTER App, can be used once per person, and cannot be combined with any other offer or with gift card purchases.
Why did my Net-A-Porter promo code fail at checkout?
Most often the order includes an excluded item. Codes may not be used on orders with fine jewelry, on items in the New In this month edit, or on brands on the exclusions list, which includes many jewelry and watch brands such as Cartier, Chopard, David Yurman and Messika.
What is the Net-A-Porter free shipping threshold?
Standard Delivery costs $10 + tax and is free on orders over $400. Puerto Rico Express costs $35 + tax and is free on orders over $150.
Is a Net-A-Porter sale price adjustment paid back in cash?
No. Approved sale price adjustments are credited to your NET-A-PORTER account as store credit, which is valid for 12 months. Items bought at a sale price or on special promotion, and items later marked down further, are not eligible.
Does Net-A-Porter charge a return fee?
Returns are free if you drop the parcel at a UPS Access Point within 14 days of receiving your order, using the pre-printed label in the original order. After 14 days a $9.95 + tax fee is deducted from your refund, and exchanges never carry a return fee.
