Does MyPillow offer free shipping on subscriptions?

Free shipping on subscriptions is limited to first-time MyPillow subscribers. Every renewal after the initial order is charged the standard shipping rate.

What is the MyPillow 60-day money back guarantee?

MyPillow refunds 100% of the purchase price, less shipping costs, for any reason within 60 days of when you receive your original order. The refund is processed within 30 days after MyPillow receives the returned product.

Can I return a MyPillow subscription shipment?

No. MyPillow's terms say all subscription purchases are final, and no returns or refunds are issued once a subscription shipment has been processed. If a subscription shipment arrives damaged or missing items, contact MyPillow customer service within 7 days of receipt.

When can I call MyPillow customer service?

Customer service is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm CST, and closed Saturday and Sunday. You can call 1-800-308-1299 or email [email protected].

How long does a MyPillow refund take?

MyPillow processes the refund within 30 days of receiving your returned product. The refund covers the purchase price minus shipping costs.

Does the MyPillow warranty cover washing?

Yes. MyPillow's FAQ says its 10-year warranty covers laundering, and it recommends laundering every 3-4 months to revitalize and redistribute the fill.
