- MyFonts allows you to return a font within 7 days by emailing [email protected] with the invoice number and deleting the font. If you purchased additional fonts in the same order, you must cancel the entire invoice and place a new order for the fonts you want to keep.

Do I need a MyFonts account to buy or download free fonts?
Yes. A MyFonts account is required to place an order, even for free fonts, and it gives access to over 900 free fonts.
Does MyFonts charge VAT?
In EU countries, VAT is collected at the local rate of the billing address country, and you can enter a VAT number in the Order Summary at checkout. A VAT invoice PDF can be downloaded from your account after the order. For other countries, the tax amount is shown during checkout.
What if I bought the wrong font on MyFonts?
You can exchange it for the correct font within 14 days of purchase. Delete the incorrect font, buy the correct one, then email the old and new invoice numbers, and the old invoice amount will be refunded.
Can I return just one font from a MyFonts order with several fonts?
No. A return cancels the whole invoice, so if you bought other fonts on the same order, you must place a new order for those fonts.
Does a MyFonts font license come with a warranty?
The license agreement says Monotype warrants that the font software will faithfully reproduce the underlying typeface design, at a quality consistent with industry standards.
