Why did my Mous promo code fail at checkout?
Codes only work with the email address they were issued to and cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed. Bags and luggage are excluded from all promotions, and the code will not work if you have opted out of Mous marketing emails.

What if my Mous order arrives damaged?
Damaged goods or an incorrect order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by contacting the Mous Customer Experience team.
Can I cancel or change a Mous order?
Once an order reaches Mous's system it cannot be edited, but you can ask to stop it for changes to the item or size, the delivery or billing address, added items or the shipping method. If the order is stopped before dispatch, you receive a full refund within 72 hours.
How long do I have to return a Mous product?
Products bought directly from Mous can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in new condition and in their original product packaging.
