No. Mood discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previous purchases.
Does Mood give a discount when you sign up for Mood Rewards?
Yes. The Bronze Thimble tier gives 15% off your first order, and you are automatically entered into the Mood Rewards Program once you create an account and place your first order.
Why did my Mood promo code stop working at checkout?
Promotional offers are valid online only while the promotion is active, and Mood can modify or end promotions at any time. Codes also cannot be combined with other offers.
Does Mood have free shipping?
Mood Insider members get free standard domestic shipping on all orders with no minimums. Free shipping covers the continental United States only, not Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories.
Does Mood give free swatches with an order?
Yes. You earn one free swatch for every $10 spent online, up to a maximum of 5 free swatches per order. The spend is calculated after discounts and excludes taxes, paid swatches, and shipping, and only $1.50 swatches qualify.
Can I return fabric to Mood?
No. Fabrics, trims, special orders, and anything cut to size cannot be returned or exchanged. Buttons, notions, and whole items such as sewing machines and dress forms may be returned for a refund, but not once they are opened or used.
