Only one promotion code can be used per order. Enter it in the field on the Order Summary and click Apply. Shipping codes go on the Billing page, and Member codes go on the Billing page after you check out as a Member.
Enter your first and last name exactly as they appear on your membership card, and enter your membership number as it appears on the card. For a member promo code, log into your account or check out with your membership last name and number before applying the code.
New members get 20% off their first Design Store order, which shows in the cart once the membership is added. Members also get 10% off in the MoMA stores and online, or 20% during seasonal Member Shopping Days.
Standard flat-fee shipping is $9.95 for orders shipped in the contiguous 48 states and does not apply to international orders. Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories is $22.95, and most in-stock orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
Special orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed. Items marked as final sale and non-returnable above the Add to Cart button cannot be returned, including Nanimarquina Rugs, KAWS items, Be@rbrick items and Teenage Engineering items, and custom or personalized items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
