No. Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit, and they can only be used by the intended recipient on eligible purchases before any expiration date.
Standard shipping is $10, second day is $20, overnight is $30, and same day delivery (where available) is $35, all chosen at checkout. Orders placed after 11AM EST are processed the following business day.
Fees are £25 to the United Kingdom, €35 to Europe, CA$30 to Canada, AU$65 to Australia, and US$65 to all other countries, shipped via DHL. Shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
